HIGH-FLYING FUN
From 1989 to 1993, F/C Rodney Dobard (No. 34) and G Chuck Graham (No. 4) shared the court together. Both were dominant forces in FSU’s three consecutive trips to the NCAA Tournament and a Metro Conference Tournament Championship in 1991. Dobard provided expertise in blocking while Graham was known for his high-flying dunks, and each ended up in the exclusive 1,000-point club (Graham with 1,337 career points and Dobard with 1,058 career points). Dobard finished his Seminole career with the most blocked shots in program history (240) as well as the single season record for blocked shots (111). Graham, a four-year letterman, was an inspiration to the team, returning from a serious knee injury early in the 1992-93 season to become a leader in 1993-94.
