WARD-TO-DUNN-TO-HEISMAN

QB Charlie Ward compiled a multitude of memorable moments during the 1993 season which led to his runaway Heisman Trophy win. One such moment occurred during the yearly in-state matchup, when No. 1 FSU defeated No. 7 Florida on the road, 33-21. With six minutes to play, FSU held a narrow 27-21 lead. Ward connected with RB Warrick Dunn up the sideline for a 79-yard touchdown, putting the game out of reach. The Ward-to-Dunn connection is considered one of the greatest moments in program history.
