When midfielder Clara Robbins stepped onto the pitch for the 2021 College Cup Championship, she had some unfinished business. Just a year earlier, Robbins missed her penalty kick in the heartbreaking loss of the 2020 National Championship. But once the 2021 iteration went into a penalty shootout, Robbins wouldn’t let the moment slip away. She stepped out as the first penalty taker, this time burying it past the Cougars goalkeeper, as No. 1 FSU defeated No. 13 BYU 4-3 on penalties to take home another title.
