This large 2018 FSU National Championship ring commemorates the program’s first NCAA softball national title, earned in Oklahoma City with an 8-3 victory over No. 5 Washington in the Women’s College World Series finals. Designed to reflect the magnitude of the achievement, the ring symbolizes a season defined by resilience, belief and postseason poise. Florida State officially presented the rings during a ceremony on September 3, 2018, at the batting cages complex, where players and staff were honored alongside the National Championship trophy. Later that evening, the team was recognized on the field at Doak Campbell Stadium during the Florida State-Virginia Tech football game, marking a campus-wide celebration of one of the most significant championships in school history.
