HANSON OWNS THE CIRCLE

Kylee Hanson earned ACC Pitcher of the Year honors in 2018 after delivering one of the most dominant seasons by a pitcher in FSU history. Hanson finished the year with a 1.33 ERA, 30 wins, 13 shutouts and 241 strikeouts, while holding opposing hitters to a .156 batting average. She was named First-Team All-ACC and earned a National Fastpitch Coaches Association Second-Team All-American recognition, leading a pitching staff that consistently controlled games. Hanson’s durability, command and competitive edge helped set the foundation for FSU’s postseason success and eventual run to the program’s first NCAA National Championship.
