GILCHRIST OWNS THE CLOCK

No Seminole spent more time on the pitch in 2025 than Heather Gilchrist. The senior defender logged a team-high 1,827 minutes, started all 22 matches and scored four goals while anchoring a defense that conceded only 15. Pictured here in 2025 College Cup Final, Gilchrist played all 90 minutes as No. 6 FSU blanked No. 1 Stanford, 1-0. Her consistency earned College Cup All-Tournament honors and gave the two-time All-American a second National Championship.
