FULL OF HALL OF FAMERS

The 1985 squad was full of future Hall of Famers of all kinds. Players OG Jamie Dukes, DB Deion Sanders, QB Peter Tom Willis, ILB Paul McGowan, KS Derek Schmidt, QB Danny McManus, TB Sammie Smith and TE Pat Carter were all inducted into the FSU Hall of Fame. College Football Hall-of-Famer head coach Bobby Bowden was undoubtedly included in the mix. Plus, former Seminole players and FSU Hall of Fame inductees Mickey Andrews, Wayne McDuffie and Bob Harbison served as the defensive coordinator, offensive coordinator and offensive line coach, respectively.
