RB Devonta Freeman (No. 8) was a critical component of FSU’s National Championship-winning team during the 2013 season. Leading the ground game, Freeman rushed for 14 touchdowns and 1,016 yards, the first Seminole 1,000-yard rusher since the legendary Warrick Dunn in 1996. In the 2014 BCS National Championship Game, Freeman’s 73 rushing yards led the Seminoles. He also added a rushing touchdown in the second quarter.
