VAN ZANTEN GOES THE FULL 90

Ninety minutes on college soccer’s biggest stage capped a memorable postseason for D Mimi Van Zanten. She helped No. 6 FSU blank No. 1 Stanford, 1-0, in the 2025 College Cup Final. The shutout followed Van Zanten’s work at the other end of the field: she scored the opening goal and assisted the clincher in a 3-1 third-round victory against No. 10 Georgetown. After playing every minute of both College Cup matches, Van Zanten lifted her second National Championship trophy in three seasons with the Garnet and Gold.
