Chris Weinke was a maestro of the offense during his playing days with the Seminoles, which proved quite successful. Over four seasons, Weinke set several career records including passing yards (9,839), passing touchdowns (79) and pass completions (650), along with having the second-best passing yards-per-game average (273.3). Further, Weinke set single-game records for passing yards (536) and longest touchdown pass (98 yards). He further etched his name into the history books as FSU’s second Heisman winner.
