FEARSOME FOURSOME

Opposing defenses didn’t look forward to seeing this group on the field. (From left to right) F Beata Olsson, M Onyi Echegini, F Jordan Dudley and F Jody Brown were four the FSU’s top five point-scorers in the 2023 season, combining for 44 goals and 116 points. The core compiled 13 goals in six NCAA Tournament games, and each player recorded a goal (Brown had two!) in the College Cup Final as No. 1 FSU took down No. 3 Stanford, 5-1. Their five scores marked the most team goals in the title game since 2003. All four Seminoles earned ACC All-Conference honors that season, while Brown, Dudley and Echegini added All-American honors, as well.
