Presented to the National Champion by the USA Today/CNN Coaches’ Poll, the Sears Trophy officially recognized FSU’s top finish in the 1993 season. With its iconic crystal football atop a black pedestal, the trophy recognized the hard-earned place at the pinnacle of college football by the Seminoles under head coach Bobby Bowden.
