PRACTICE MAKES MR. PERFECT
Date: 2013 Season
No kicker scored more points than the scorching hot Roberto Aguayo in the 2013 season. Nicknamed “Mr. Perfect,” Aguayo went 21-of-22 for field goals and 94-of-94 on extra points in the campaign. He totaled 157 points, setting ACC and NCAA records for most points for a kicker in a season. Aguayo was so good that he outscored eight of FSU’s opponents himself. Naturally, there was no competition against Aguayo to take home the Lou Groza Award as the nation’s best place-kicker.
