QB Jameis Winston was nearly perfect whenever FSU needed a big play. Trailing late, the Seminoles had to go 80 yards with just 1:19 remaining in the 2014 BCS National Championship game. Winston completed five-of-six passes and a stellar touchdown throw to lead the Seminoles to a 34-31 victory and the third national title in program history. In talking about the remarkable win, Winston said, “Only thing is we’re victorious and glad to say Florida State is the national champion again, and I guarantee you we’re bringing that swag back. You’d better believe it.”
