While the high-flying Seminole offense is widely remembered in the 2013 season, FSU’s defense was just as dominant. FSU’s defense entered the 2014 BCS National Championship Game allowing just 281.4 yards of offense per game. Senior LB Telvin Smith, shown here, led the team with 90 combined tackles and CB Lamarcus Joyner was the team leader in sacks (5.5).
