COUNTY SEAL OF APPROVAL

The Seminoles earned recognition beyond the NCAA for their runner-up finish in the 2023 Women’s College World Series. The Board of County Commissioners of Leon County, Florida State’s home county, issued an official proclamation honoring the “team’s heart, perseverance and grit” that season. The final proclamation statement noted FSU’s impressive 58-11 record, their best since the Seminoles went 58-12 in the 2018 National Championship season.
