A HALL OF AN HONOR

In 2007, the Seminoles clinched the ACC Atlantic Division with a 24-6 conference record, the first of eight consecutive division titles under Mike Martin. The American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) recognized Martin with this Louisville Slugger. Coincidentally, Martin had been enshrined into the ABCA Hall of Fame earlier that year. “I think coach Mike Martin is one of the outstanding, all-time coaches in the history of college baseball,” said Florida coach Pat McMahon. “He has got a tremendous work ethic. He has got tremendous knowledge of the game. He’s one of the best game coaches that I’ve seen.”
